Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted under specific conditions:
A. Food & Consumable Products
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used packages.
Returns will only be accepted if:
The product was delivered damaged.
The wrong product was shipped.
The product is past its expiration date upon arrival.
All claims must be supported with clear photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
B. Non-Consumable Products
Returns will be accepted if:
The product arrives damaged.
The wrong item was shipped.
There is a manufacturing defect.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Contact Us First – Email info@srilankafresh.com within the specified time frame (48 hours for consumables, 14 days for none comsuable items) with:
Order number.
Description of the issue.
Photos or videos showing the problem.
Approval & Instructions – If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address in Sri Lanka and instructions for safe packaging.
Shipping Costs –
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, defect), we will cover return shipping costs.
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund, depending on customer preference.
Opened or used food products.
Products returned without prior authorization.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
Clearance or discounted items (unless defective upon arrival).
Customers are responsible for ensuring that our products are permitted for import into their country.
Refunds will not be issued for orders rejected or destroyed by customs due to import restrictions or unpaid duties/taxes.
